Frederick High School Athletic Director Keivette Hammond has named Cheri Herschman the Cadets new Head Girls Volleyball Coach. Herschman comes to Frederick High School with extensive coaching experience with volleyball and softball.  Over the past 15 years, she had coached both travel and rec volleyball and softball while continuing to play herself.   Her most recent experience

Interested in participating in a Winter Sport?  In the winter Frederick High School offers boys’ & girls’ basketball, cheerleading, boys’ & girls’ indoor track, boys’ & girls’ swimming, unified bocce, and wrestling. ALL WINTER SPORTS sports begin on Friday , November 15th 2019 (with the exception of Unified Bocce) ALL physicals must be dated April
