FNP names Martinez to All County XC First Team- King’oo, Toms named Honorable Mention

Mario Martinez was named to the Frederick News-Post First Team All County Cross Country Team the paper released over the weekend.  Joining Martinez were fellow Cadet Amir King’oo who was named to the Honorable Mention Team. Girls Cross Country: FHS finishes 16th at Maryland State Championships.

Frederick High Schools girls cross country team finished 16th at the MPSSAA State Championship Meet Saturday afternoon. A fall that started with Frederick High School assembling one of the largest cross country teams in the area will come to a conclusion on Saturday when both the Cadet boys and girls hit the hills of Hereford High School at the 2018 MPSSAA State Championship Meet.  The 3A girls race will start at 10:00 am, with the 3A boys set

Girls Cross Country: Cadets advance to State Finals, Toms finishes 15th at Regionals

Frederick High School’s Rebecca Toms finished Thursday afternoons Regional Cross Country Meet at Watkins Mill High School in 15th place. The Freshman was FHS’s top runner on the day.  The Cadets also advanced as a team to the State Finals after logging their performance on the Gaithersburg high schools course.
