Frederick High School’s User Support Specialist, Nick Ribecca is here to help FHS teachers, students and parents who have any issues using their FCPS issued computers or virtual learning tools as we all adjust to learning from home.
Mr. Ribecca is also here to assist FHS families who are still in need of a Chromebook, HotSpot or replacement equipment such as a charger. If students have any issues with FCPS technology, please send an email to Nick.Ribecca@fcps.org or call 240-236-7009 between 8:00 am -3:00 pm Monday – Friday. Please leave a message with the student name and the issue you are having. All issues will be addressed in the order they are received.
Once a request is received a pick-up or drop-off of equipment time will be arranged. At this time all pick-up and drop-offs will occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm at the high school. Prior to pick-up or drop-off you will receive final confirmation.
