Cadet Jaheim Mosley has committed to continue his education and football career at Shepherd University. The senior linebacker informed Rams Head Football Coach Ernie McCook of his late last week, and will be a preferred walk on this fall. Mosley lead FHS in tackles this past fall on route to being selected to The Frederick News-Post All-County First Team and a member of the Baltimore Touchdown Club’s All-Star Game. With Jaheim leading the FHS defense, Frederick won the 1st annual Frederick Intra-City Mayor’s Cup, awarded to the winner of the annual Intra City Championship football game played between the Cadets and crosstown rival Thomas Johnson.
Despite Shepherd’s close proximity to Frederick County, Mosley becomes the first Cadet football player to commit to the Rams since place kicker David Canada did in 2007.
