Game Recap

The Patriots hosted the visiting Cadets in a inner city match that would not disappoint! Cristian Urbina got the show on the road when he was able to take a defender on 1 v 1 in the 18 yard box and drawing a penalty. Xander Struntz made no mistake on the pen as it was a perfectly placed shot to the lower right corner. Later in the half Alex Rivera found a running Struntz on a deep through ball. Struntz again would stick the ball in the ole onion bag with ease offseting the defender. Early in the 2nd Chance Mullen got in on the act after carrying the ball down the left wing crossing to a wide open Connell Poku. Poku played a one time ball into a running Struntz, and well, we all know the story from here QUE GOALASO! The Cadets finished the game 3-1 giving up a late goal to the Patriots.
